Newcastle Car Show have a wide range of trade opportunities, bring your re-mapping team, alloy stand, graphics company or waxing shop. Your business will be amongst some of the most spectacular show cars on Saturday 11th August. Get located in a prime position on the course and choose one of three plots 3 x 3m, 5 x 10m or 10 x 10m.

NO fireworks, legal highs, any type of drugs, alcohol, weapons.
Traders can arrive on Saturday Morning to set up and can start trading from 10am
All rubbish must be cleared away and the site must be left as you found it.
The first figure shown is the frontage.
The frontage is measured exactly so make sure you can fit in to the space you have purchased.
All pitches are on grass with no electric.

Approval will be confirmed by email together with a request for payment
Please note your pitch will not be reserved until full payment has been made.
Traders must have their own public liability & employment insurance.
